Did you know that time in nature can improve your memory, boost your attention span, and combat stress and anxiety?Join us to find out more about how nature exposure actually impacts our brain chemistry. Learn the basics of the brain as we walk through the forest trails of Dundreggan and try out some activities which highlight the link between nature and our brain functions.
This is for anyone over 16 who is interested in the science behind the benefits of being in nature.
We'll be taking a walk around our footpaths Ceum an Aitinn (the juniper path) and Ceum a' Ghiuthais (the pine path).
