Neuroscience-based Women’s Leadership Programme
About this Event
Programme Overview
This neuroscience-based leadership programme is designed to support
women in strengthening their inner authority, leadership presence,
visibility and impact.
Blending neuroscience, psychology, coaching and practical leadership tools, the workshop moves from insight into action. Participants will develop greater awareness of the forces shaping how they lead, greater clarity about how they want to lead, and practical tools to communicate, influence and navigate challenging situations effectively.
The programme has three parts:
1. Forces that shaped us
We’ll dive into the societal, organisational and neurobiological forces that
shape women’s experience at work. We’ll separate myths from reality, looking at gendered conditioning, the brain’s automatic responses to pressure, and some of the persistent double binds women face in leadership. We’ll explore how these forces can become internalised and hold us back, and how greater awareness creates more choice in how we respond.
Outcome: greater self-awareness, clarity and self-acceptance.
2. How we shape
We’ll focus on reclaiming inner authority and power: going beyond conditioning to tap into deeper desires and act from what we genuinely want, rather than what we think we should. We’ll explore how to express what we want with greater clarity and directness and consciously choose who we want to be as leaders, anchored in our values, personality and preferences. Together, these become a compass for leading with greater authenticity and impact.
Outcome: inner authority and a clear, authentic leadership direction.
3. Practical applications
We’ll put this into practice in the leadership situations that matter most. We’ll explore how to increase visibility and influence, build and navigate key stakeholder relationships, communicate with impact, and handle difficult conversations and people. Through practical tools, exercises and real-life
scenarios, participants will experiment with approaches they can use immediately and that hold up under pressure.
Outcome: greater influence, impact and sustainable behaviour change.

Dr. Vida Skreb
Founder, Neurate
Vida is a neuroscientist, executive coach and leadership consultant who helps leaders perform at their best under pressure. She blends neuroscience with practical tools to create behaviour change that holds under pressure. She has worked with C-suite and FTSE 100 leaders and has coached across 20+ countries. Neurate’s approach combines neuroscience, psychology, and real-world leadership practice to create lasting behaviour change. It looks at leadership through multiple lenses, including personality, patterns, environment, and neurobiology, with attention to gendered conditioning. The goal is to replace self-blame with insight, and insight with practical, sustainable change.

Diversity Talks Real Estate aims to further diversity and inclusion in the European built environment industry by raising the visibility of under-represented groups. We have a particular focus on women and ethnic minority professionals of all genders but we also welcome individuals from other under-represented groups that wish to harness our platform.
Visibility brings opportunities, challenges stereotypes and provides role models. It also helps us to work towards a more diverse and inclusive industry that would best serve the cities and communities in which we work.
Women Talk Real Estate is part of DTRE and is focused on delivering special programmes for women in real estate.
