If your mind has been racing, your body feeling wired or tired, and your system stuck in overdrive… this space is for you. NeuroSanctuary is a deeply restorative somatic breathwork experience designed to bring you out of overwhelm and back into clarity, calm, and regulation. “feeling good.” It’s about becoming the version of you who can hold more of life. Come as you are—and allow yourself to open, receive, and rise with the season.
In a world that constantly demands more input, more output, more stimulation—your nervous system rarely gets the chance to truly settle. This session offers a reset. Through slow, intentional breath, grounding practices, and gentle somatic awareness, we’ll support your system in:
Downshifting out of stress and mental overload
Releasing accumulated tension and sensory fatigue
Restoring a felt sense of safety and inner quiet
Reconnecting to clarity, focus, and ease
This is a haven for those navigating high-functioning anxiety, burnout, or chronic busyness. You don’t have to push through here. You get to exhale.

It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you! Breathwork can create profound transformation from the inside out in all areas of our life when practiced regularly. As a breathwork mentor and facilitator, I'm committed to showing you how to use the language of the body to nurture greater balance internally and call in all that you desire externally, too. We're talking deep nervous system regulation!
All of my classes are taught through a trauma-informed lens and utilize somatic (body) based techniques. This is a safe space to land and all of you is welcome here! Each group class I teach is unique and lovingly created from scratch letting intuition and authenticity lead. Topics, themes, and teachings will vary and include breath techniques to promote harmony and healing in the mind-body-spirit complex. During each session, I also provide energy work in alignment with the focus of the class and individual needs.
