Neuromuscular Clinic Family Workshop

You're invited to a day of learning, sharing and support for families living with neuromuscular conditions.

Workshop topics:

Nutrition:

• Practical tips for healthy growth and development

School Services:

• Understanding IEPs, accommodations and classroom services

Transition of Care:

• Helping teens and families prepare for the move to adult care
• Advanced directives

Speakers include:

• Andy Beasley, MCN, RD, LD - NeuroMuscle Dietitian
• Marlo Senick, M.Ed., B.C.A.S.E.- School Services
• Cornelia LeSeane, LCSW- NeuroMuscle Social Worker
• Elia Esquivel, BSN, RN- NeuroMuscle Care coordinator

Patients and children are invited to attend. Child Life Specialists will be available as needed.
