Neurographic Art Therapy

Neurographic art is a meditative process and a great tool for dealing with problem solving and stress. It's an art form that just flows and the name is derived as it reminds of brain neurons. The idea is to mindfully immerse yourself in the drawing and the process will transform the fear and chaos of the world into something more calming and peaceful - taking away the stress.

It is a simple mindful way to disengage from all that is going on in your head and just be in the moment. When we draw and make art energy flows around us through our body and in our brain.

Neurographic art is a great choice for the non-artist and requires absolutely no artistic skill to create a beautiful image. There are three main types of neurographic art (specific popular and combination) which will be covered in detail as part of the workshop
