Calming art exercise to reduce stress
This is a regular class, suitable for adults or other ages if indicated.
Practice mindful drawing and coloring abstract forms with watercolor pencils and ink markers. No experience required. All supplies included for the class. Adults and teens, 14 or older, are welcome.
