Join us for an exciting and creative Neurographic Art Class! Unleash your imagination and tap into the power of your subconscious mind through this unique artistic technique. This in-person event will take place every Thursday @ 3pm & 6pm at Didymus Ink in downtown Castle Rock, WA. Our venue is located at 204 Huntington Avenue South, Castle Rock, WA 98611. Get ready to immerse yourself in a relaxed and inspiring environment, perfect for exploring your inner creativity.

In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of Neurographic Art, a method that combines drawing, doodling, and mindfulness. No prior artistic experience is required; this class is open to everyone who wants to discover their artistic potential and enjoy a fun-filled evening. This process is rooted in psychology and has ties to meditative practices.

As we begin to look at Neurographic art pieces, you'll probably notice how the artworks resemble neurons and cell-like structures. Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev describes the process as a creative method of transforming the world. This process uses a drawing technique that links the conscience with the subconscious. The link is made by activating connections between brain cells and neurons. The result is an awareness and mindfulness that helps turn stress into calm.

Our experienced instructor will guide you through the process, teaching you how to create stunning neurographic artworks. You will learn how to use simple lines and shapes to express your emotions and thoughts, resulting in unique and meaningful creations. This technique is great for children ages 9+ with difficulties writing. The Instructor has 3 children with autism and 1 with ADHD and Bi-polar Disorder who have benefitted greatly from this technique.
