Neurodiversity in Coaching with Sara-Louise Ackrill

20% of the population are neurodivergent. When a neurodivergent person seeks coaching they have often worked with a variety of professionals and are seeking something more tailored to their needs. In this talk we will show you how to make tweaks to your existing practice in order to better serve the neurodivergent community.

Sara-Louise Ackrill is a therapist, coach and social entrepreneur employing mostly neurodivergent people. Her company Wired Differently, App and new Charity Start Differently all exist to support professionals and students who are neurodivergent without Learning Disability.
