Testimonials:

“This is a fabulous initiative that I hadn't given much thought to until I was talking with Cathy Lee about employees I'd had through the years who might have been neurodiverse and what I would have done differently to support them had I known. This course provides easy to a follow guide on how to implement health and safety initiatives aimed at improving workplace safety for neurodiverse colleagues and employees. The tools and case studies provided are easy to follow and will make implementing health and safety programs in the workplace more inclusive. Highly recommend this course for all managers and safety professionals.”

“Took lots from the session that will enable our organisation to make positive changes and drive neurodiversity-affirming practice to create a safer and more inclusive environment for our staff.”

“Extremely informative and well paced training session on Neurodiversity in the workplace. Included easy to understand concepts, information and examples, backed by research and proactive approach to not only work health and safety and best practice case examples and neurodiversity and supports in the workplace that were both relevant and practical that all organisations could use and implement.”

“The content was great, and very informative. I liked the smaller learning environment. I wouldn’t want the attendee list to be any longer as this group was a nice size to still have wider discussions/ask questions freely.”

“The presenter came from a lived experience coupled with their extensive health background and experience WHS, Workers Compensation and employee/case relations.”
