Are you struggling in silence at home and feeling like you are the only one? trust me you are not alone. This is a safe space to meet with parents of children who are challenged with Anxiety, sensory issues or neurodiverse conditions. It's a chance to share, support, learn and relate to others in the same situation as you. Come by, have a cuppa, feel heard. We are not medical experts, we are parents like you. We plan to bring in some guest speakers if the response is positive. Refreshments provided.
Please note our studio is on the first floor with access via a small flight of around 15 stairs. We are very sorry that we are not more accessible. If you need some support on the stairs, please let us know.
