Join us for a chill in-person meetup where we combine a casual walk with great conversation. It’s all about enjoying the outdoors, meeting new people, and sharing stories of neurodiversity as we stroll together. Info: We will begin with a relaxed meet and greet at Helen Gardens before setting off together on the Cow Gap Walk at the foot of the South Downs, starting from King Edward’s Parade.

Along the way, there will be opportunities to pause, take in the sea views, and—depending on the tide—option to walk down to the beach.

We’ll follow a gentle circular route back to Helen Gardens, where there are public toilets and a café available for anyone who would like to purchase a light refreshment.
