About this Event
Neurodivergent Night: Another Dimension (21+)
A festival-inspired, sensory-aware somatic dance journey designed for Autistic, ADHD, HSP, and sensory-sensitive adults (+ allies) seeking a more accessible dance space.
It’s an inward-focused, guided movement container rooted in regulation, expression, and community care created by NDs for NDs. We are a neurodiversity-affirming space lead by local community leaders, yoga teachers, artists, and healing professionals.
What to Expect
A 3-hour experience with a 2.5-hour guided arc:
- Opening grounding circle
- Gentle warm-up standing yoga + breathwork
- Intentional stimming + somatic release
- 60-minute open dance journey
- Guided wind-down yoga + integration
- Optional group singing
- Closing reflection circle
- Time afterward to mingle and transition out
Music is pre-mixed and curated, including original tracks by AuDHDbliss, supported by cosmic art projection visuals.
A free livestream option will be available via Instagram (@AuDHDbliss). The camera will face the stage only — participants will not be filmed.
Sensory-Aware Design
- Moderated sound levels (<85 dB)
- Seperate decompression area with sensory supports
- Weighted blankets + fidgets
- Sunglasses + earplugs available
- Soft lighting (no strobes or flashing)
- Spacious dance floor (limited tickets)
- Stage-only livestream starting at 4:35pm (audience not filmed) via @AuDHDbliss on Instagram (follow now and set your notification)
Dance Floor Agreements
- Solo movement space
- No partner dancing or physical contact
- No talking on the dance floor
- Respect personal space
- Remove shoes at your own risk
- Designated talking/rest areas clearly marked

There are stairs and we are not wheel chair accessible.
