Join us for a unique blend of traditional yoga flow with brain based exercises for neuroplasticity and self regulation.
About this Event

Neuro St. Pete is excited to be introducing Neuro Yoga. Ashley Fredrickson is a yoga teacher and EMDR specialist. She will be incorporating brain based exercises into a traditional yoga flow for a powerful workout. These exercises work on our physical body, and our emotional brain helping us to self regulate better. Please bring a mat, class is $20/person and limited to 20 people. Please register online.
