Neuro St. Pete is excited to be introducing Neuro Yoga. Ashley Fredrickson is a yoga teacher and EMDR specialist. She will be incorporating brain based exercises into a traditional yoga flow for a powerful workout. These exercises work on our physical body, and our emotional brain helping us to self regulate better. Please bring a mat, class is $20/person and limited to 20 people. Please register online.
