WAV is a next-generation networking experience created for young adults who want real connections, real conversations, and real growth.
Founded and hosted by Kristen Sanchez & Joshua Martinez, licensed financial professionals working in life insurance, investments, and mortgages, WAV was built from years of intentional networking and community-building. Kristen and Joshua have seen firsthand how the right relationships can change your career, your mindset, and your opportunities and WAV exists to make those connections happen in a way that actually feels natural.
This event is designed for people in their 20s and 30s who are building something: entrepreneurs, creatives, students, and young professionals who are focused on growth and surrounding themselves with the right circle. WAV is not a sales pitch and not a recruiting event. It’s a curated space for young adults to connect, collaborate, and build genuine relationships.
Before the event, each guest completes a short survey so connections are intentional. During the night, you’ll experience two structured networking rounds led by the WAV team, followed by open networking to continue conversations organically. Expect good music, great energy, a relaxed atmosphere, and a photo area to capture the night.
WAV blends ambition with fun, structure with creativity, and community with opportunity. This isn’t traditional networking. It’s networking reimagined for this generation.
