About the Workshop
Join us for a unique networking workshop organized as part of the second edition of the international Grow in Poznan conference!
This interactive and dynamic session is designed for entrepreneurs from both Poland and abroad who want to grow their businesses in an international environment, build valuable professional connections, and share business experiences.
The goal of the workshop is to create a space for meaningful networking, mutual trust, and cross-cultural collaboration — all in an open and friendly atmosphere.
Part 1: Business Speed Dating ⚡️
Fast-paced, energetic rounds of short one-on-one meetings will help you connect with many inspiring people in a short time. Each conversation is an opportunity to introduce yourself, share your business ideas, and find potential areas of cooperation.

Part 2: Group Reflection and Discussion 💬
After the individual meetings, participants will join a moderated group discussion to share reflections, best practices, and key insights about building professional relationships and effective networking.
It's also a great opportunity to strengthen new connections and explore ways to continue the dialogue beyond the conference.
The workshop will be conducted in English.
Facilitator - Piotr Szulc
Piotr Szulc is a Poznań-based media host and international events organizer with nine years of experience. He has hosted hundreds of gatherings connecting Poles and expats through PIE - Poznań International Events.
Piotr has also hosted the English-language radio show International Poznań, various podcasts, and the morning TV show Hej Poznań. Having traveled to over 60 countries, he brings a global perspective to his work in media, events, and intercultural communication, helping build a vibrant international community in Poznań.
