What to Expect:

• Contrast Therapy Sessions: Enjoy the therapeutic effects of hot and cold therapy designed to promote circulation, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. Guided sessions will help you make the most of this revitalizing experience.
• Networking Opportunities: Connect with professionals from various industries in a relaxed, wellness-focused environment.
• Wellness & Relaxation: Unwind and discover how contrast therapy can improve both physical and mental health.

• No phones (calls, texts, photos, or music without headphones) in or around the amenities. Your 45-minute session is your time to connect—please disconnect from devices! Phones can be used in the living room or front porch area if needed.
• After your session, private changing rooms, a shower, and a vanity area are available. We also have hair products and dryers for your use.

• Sober Curious: No drugs, alcohol, or vaping is allowed in the lounge.
• Respectful Behavior: Please be courteous and respectful to everyone in the space.
• No Pets or Children: For safety and sanitary reasons, pets and guests under 18 are not allowed in the lounge.
• If you're feeling unwell, have open wounds, or an active skin breakout, we ask that you postpone your visit.
• No Photography: To ensure a comfortable experience, no photos or videos are allowed in the shared spaces.
• Please rinse off in the lounge shower before using the hot/cold plunges. No lotions, oils, makeup, or tanning products allowed in the non-chemically treated plunges. Self-tanners or spray tans are not allowed in the hot tub.

• A full-coverage bathing suit or form-fitting athletic wear must be worn at all times in the lounge space. Men must wear swim trunks or shorts, with full coverage on the bottom.

• Water bottle (Stay hydrated before and after your visit—bring your own water bottle for free filtered refills.)
• Towels are provided, but feel free to bring your own robe or cover-up to move between amenities.
