🌿 Soul Collaboration In-Person Networking Meeting at Reconnect Studio, Queens Park
Hosted by Soraya from Limitless Self (Clinical Hypnotherapist, RTT Therapist, Podcast Host & Women’s Retreat Guide) and Jess from Coach Yourself Better (Wellbeing Coach & Clubbercise Instructor).

The meetings are held monthly and follow the same format. The first meeting is below:

Date & Time: Monthly Fridays, 10:00am – 12:00pm
Location: Reconnect Studio, 260 Kilburn Lane, London W10 4BA
NB. The nearest stations are Queens Park (7 minutes away) and Kensal Rise (18 minutes away). If you are driving, there is a car park near Queens Park station. Alternatively, there are paid parking spaces using Ringo.

10:00 – 10:30
- Arrival & open networking
- Tea, coffee & light refreshments
10:30 – 12:00
- Warm welcome from Soraya & Jess
- Grounding meditation
- Individual 1-minute introductions (who you are, what you do, why you do it, and what you’re looking for)
- Share opportunities for collaborations, swaps, or upcoming events
- Two x 10-minute spotlight presentations from selected attendees each month:
- Your story or your business journey
- A short demo (e.g. meditation, EFT, sound bath, yoga, coaching, energy practice)
- A showcase of your products (with the option to sell directly to attendees) - Closing reflection & meditation
🌱 After the Meeting
You’ll be invited into our Soul Collaboration WhatsApp group to continue sharing services, collaborations, and support between meetings.

Pricing & Membership Options
✨ One-off meeting price: £30 per session (+ Eventbrite booking fee)
The Eventbrite ticket is set at the standard non-member rate of £30.
We also offer two Soul Collaboration membership options for those wanting to stay more consistently connected within the community:

£15 per month or £120 for the year
Includes:
• Discounted meetings (£20 instead of £30)
• Premium directory listing
• Access to corporate wellbeing opportunities
• Ability to promote your events to the wider community
✨ Soul Collaboration Full Membership
£30 per month or £300 for the year
Includes:
• One free meeting per month and then £20 for any extra meeting at the 5 current locations
• Premium directory listing
• Increased visibility across socials & newsletters
• Priority corporate wellbeing opportunities
• Everything included in Community Membership
✨ If you attend your first meeting as a non-member and then decide to join as a Full Member on the yearly plan within 48 hours, the £30 paid for your first meeting will be deducted from your annual membership fee. More details can be found here:
