About this Event

URGENT UPDATE: Due to an unforseen family emergency with the owner of AOC Imagery this event has been postponed for now. We'll update this page with new information when it becomes available.

This is the place to sign up if you're interested in participating in the event as a vendor.
In order to secure your spot at this event you must purchase a vendor space and sign the registraion form.

1. $100 Vendor Full Table(No Table, Chairs, and/or Tent)
This will space will be enough for a full rectangle table with two chairs and tent.

2. $75 Vendor 1/2 Table(No Tent, Table or Chair)
This will space will be enough for a full rectangle table with two chairs and tent. This will be shared with another vendor.

Vendors who bring their own table, chair(s) and tent will be paired with a vendor who'll utitlize it just for the event.

3. $175 Vendor Full Table(Table, Chairs, and/or Tent provided)
This will space will be enough for a full rectangle table with two chairs and tent. Vendors who select this choice will have use of 1 table, 2 chairs, and/or a Tent during the evnt.

This event is being advertised by Bowie Town Center, AOC Imagery, TaSaMic, and others but we can not verify how many will be in attendance the day of.
Purchasing a vendor space doesn't guarantee you ANYTHING but space at the event. We can NOT guarantee that anyone will buy from you nor how much you might get at this event.

More Important info:
Vendors, their staff, and any guests will be expected to operate at the event in a professional manner with all attendees, special guests, and other vendors. If you have any issue with anyone in attendance please notify one of the event leads. We want the event to be safe and enjoyable for everyone!
Do NOT give out your product until after you receive payment.
IMPORTANT Refund Policy: IMPORTANT Refund Policy: No refunds will be given after 10/1/25 for any reason at all. Please do NOT register for the event unless you're 100% certain you can attend.
