With over 30 years of experience in banking, finance, investments, and fintech, Hoe Ee Wern is an expert in risk management, policy development, financial reporting, and investment liquidity management. Mr David Chen (Chief Executive Officer, AgriG8)
David Chen, CEO of AgriG8 and a postgraduate alumnus of SMU, is a seasoned entrepreneur with 18 years of experience transforming the rice industry. As a farmer and visionary leader, he drives innovation in agriculture and sustainability. AgriG8 bridges the gap between financial institutions and smallholder rice farmers through its CropPal platform, which provides real-time farm data to help lenders assess risk and expand loan portfolios, incentivising sustainable farming practices

Mr Daniel Chia (NUSS Membership Sub-Committee Chairperson)
Daniel Chia is a veteran HR leader, currently heading the HR department at DKSH Singapore and managing M&A projects in Singapore and the Philippines He previously served as Head of HR at Samsung Asia and Carlsberg Singapore. This year, Daniel is the Chairperson for Membership and Co-Chair for Intellectual Pursuit and Community Care. He also holds roles as a member of the NUS Alumni Student Advancement Committee and Honorary Treasurer of the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI).
