N@N Network at Night - August 6th
An Evening to Relax and Restore
Busy women need restoration, too! This evening will include a gentle chair relaxation designed to calm the mind, release physical tension, and create space to recharge — so you can lead, work, and live with greater ease and clarity.
Trish Reyburn has been guiding people in self-reflection and wellness practices for more than 25 years. As the longtime owner of Blissworks Yoga & Healing Arts, she supported her community through yoga, breathwork, healing workshops, and transformational trainings. After closing the wellness center in 2024, Trish was warmly invited by Jeanne Sigel to lead classes at the Garde Arts Center, where another meaningful community partnership was born.
As a driving force behind the Garde’s community outreach, Jeanne is widely respected for blending arts leadership with a deep commitment to the local community. For nearly four decades, she has helped guide the marketing and development of the historic theater, playing an integral role in making the Garde Arts Center the cultural heart of Southeastern Connecticut.
Join us for this special evening to relax and restore, enjoy light refreshments and meaningful community connection.
