In this talk, you will learn about holistic and energetic practices to support the body and being.
1. Acupuncture with Megan Marco, Stonington Natural Health Center:
• How it harmonizes the body’s energy (Qi).
• Benefits for stress, immunity, and overall wellness.

2. Nadis and Yoga with Trish Reyburn, Blissworks Yoga:
• The energy channels in the body (from Ayurvedic traditions).
• Practices like pranayama or yoga to activate and balance them.

3. Reflexology with Julianne Eanniello, Seascape Reflexology:
• Mapping the body through the feet, hands, and ears.
• Techniques for promoting circulation and self-healing.

4. Nutrition with Sheree Wujtewitz, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner:
• Foods that support energy flow and vitality.
• The importance of functional lab testing to know how to best support your body.
