The health benefits of walking are well documented and so are the benefits of networking. So why not come join me to combine them both! #WellnessWalk #Netwalking
We meet at Potterne Park (free parking) and walk to Moors Valley same format as usual, only children are invited! The path is suitable for pushchairs, bikes and scooters. Depending on the number of children, we may have our coffee in the Gruffalo play area, next to The Barn cafe. It's a 6km route in total, and we aim to be back at Potterne by 12pm. Pushchair, mobility scooter and dog-friendly event.

Walking we know is good for health and well-being, add talking to your friends, plus the children, and everyone is getting a handy dose of fresh air, exercise, socialisation, and brain space. Please do shout if you are coming so we can wait but I will aim to leave 10:00am
