Nettle Harvesting Workshop

We will begin the day with some time to ground ourselves on the land and be in community. We will explore and find patches of nettle, learning to identify the plant, how to know when it is a good time to harvest, and how to harvest. We will harvest, learn how to dry at home, and then wash and prepare several dishes using the harvest. Once ready, we will share the meal. Participants will have a chance to take nettles home. This workshop will also include some time to tend the land and give back.
