As the days grow darker and the air turns crisp, we are called — like the bear — to slow down, turn inward, and rest. This monthly gathering invites you to honor winter’s wisdom through gentle movement, energy healing, and reflective stillness.We’ll begin with soft, mindful movement and restorative yoga, designed to release the body from the weight of the season and guide you into deeper presence. Wrapped in blankets and supported by props, you’ll ease into stillness while Reiki and Sound Healing weave through the space — a symphony of vibration and energy that nurtures your inner world and restores balance.
From there, we move into a quiet cocoon of journaling and intuitive card pulls, inviting reflection, release, and gentle self-discovery. This sacred practice supports your emotional and energetic integration as you prepare to emerge renewed.
Each month carries its own unique theme and intention, aligned with the natural rhythm of the season — a time to listen, soften, and tend the inner flame until spring’s light calls you forward once more.
