The experience begins with gentle, long-held yin postures guided by Ryan. Supported by props, each pose is designed to release deeply held tension, calm the body, and slow the mindโcreating ideal conditions for the nervous system to shift out of stress and into repair.
As stillness deepens, Kailin will layer in the therapeutic tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, soft drums, and other soothing instruments to create an ambient soundscape. These healing frequencies work directly with the mind and body to support regulation, relaxation, and renewal.
