Nervous System Reset - Workshop

Sunday 31st May 16:00 - 18:30 (arrival from 15:50)

Join me for a deeply nourishing Nervous System Reset - a gentle journey of grounding, vagal toning, and somatic practices designed to calm your mind and body.

Find your space on the mat and be guided through soothing rituals, neuro-resilience tools, and restorative exercises that bring you back home to yourself.

Led by Georgia Burrows, a trauma-informed Nervous System Regulation Facilitator and Yoga Teacher.

No prior experience is necessary. All bodies and energy levels are welcome.

This safe space supports restoring a healthy, flexible, and adaptable nervous system, especially following chronic or traumatic stress. It is also used as a practise to build resilience in the mind-body for those looking to seek more regulation and ease. You will leave feeling calm, grounded, and nourished with a collection of tools to incorporate into your own life to cultivate resilience and handle stress.

What to Expect

A deeper immersion into rest, regulation, and reconnection through:

Opening & Intention Setting

Arrive and settle into a safe, grounded space for inner exploration.

Grounding Practices

Simple somatic tools to calm the body and reconnect with the present moment.

Embodied Presencing

Awaken inner awareness through innate body wisdom and sensory connection.

Interoceptive Yoga

Slow, floor-based yoga to support deep release and nervous system repair.

Rest & Reset Break

A short pause for water, toilet, or simply integrating in stillness.

Vagal Toning & Breathwork

Breath and body practices to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and tone the vagus nerve directly.

Embodied Unwinding

Free-form movement and somatic release to gently discharge stored tension.

Herbal Tea & Journaling

Ritual to soothe the senses and reflect on your experience with guided journaling and a calming herbal tea.

Integration & Closing

Ground your experience and leave with simple tools to support ongoing resilience.

This is Great For Anyone Who:
  • Feels overwhelmed, anxious, or chronically stressed
  • Experiences tension or discomfort held in the body
  • Wants to deepen their mind-body connection and cultivate calm
  • Is recovering from physical or emotional trauma
  • Seeks gentle, effective tools to support nervous system health
  • Is looking for a gentle, restorative practice
  • Wants to slow down and create space for self-care and healing.

About Your Guide, Georgia

Georgia creates calm, nurturing spaces where you can reconnect deeply with your body and breath, allowing your nervous system to gently reset and restore. With over seven years of yoga, mindfulness, nervous system regulation and somatic practice, her approach is rooted in cultivating presence through embodied movement and breath connection, tools she has relied on personally for healing and resilience, especially after her recovery from brain surgery.

Georgia has studied and trained extensively in yoga in Bali. She teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Vin-Yin, Yin, Restorative, and Heated yoga styles. Her diverse training, combined with a 100-hour certification in Somatic Trauma Integration, allows her to offer a holistic, sensitive approach that supports nervous system regulation and embodied healing.

At this workshop, Georgia will guide you through somatic and restorative practices designed to release tension, activate your parasympathetic nervous system, support vagal toning to cultivate resilience and deepen your mind-body connection. This will help your body to restore its sense of safety, feel deeply, and allow space to process built up emotions or tension stored in the nervous system. Expect a gentle, spacious experience grounded in breath, movement and stillness. A true invitation to rest, reset, and embody calm.

To maintain an intimate and supportive experience, spaces are limited. Book early to secure your place.
