This class is centered around nervous system regulation and recalibration by helping your body shift out of a stress response (fight-or-flight) and into a more restorative, regulated state.
This beginner friendly class is a combination of stretching, gentle yoga, guided meditation, and Reiki. Learn about chakras, auras, nervous system regulation, energy healing and how we work directly with the nervous system and the body’s stress response to support both physical and emotional well-being.
