Join us for this monthly intimate sound healing experience, thoughtfully designed to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and embodied restoration.In our fast-paced lives, many of us live in subtle yet ongoing states of activation. This guided sound bath offers a safe and supportive environment where your body can begin to downshift naturally, soften its guard, and settle into deeper calm.We’ll begin with optional ceremonial cacao and gentle intention setting, creating space to arrive fully, open the heart, and transition out of the pace of daily life.

From there, through guided breathwork, nervous system facilitation, and immersive sound healing, you’ll be supported in moving from tension and alertness into restoration, presence, and ease. Throughout the experience, Jenae offers gentle verbal guidance to help you remain connected to your breath and body, allowing your system to soften gradually and safely. We’ll close with a handcrafted herbal tea integration circle, creating a warm and grounded space to reflect, reconnect, and gently return.
