Deep Recharge Nervous System Reset
Come join us at Central Wellness Centre for a rejuvenating evening workshop designed to be your antidote to Christmas chaos by restoring the body's natural calm and activating the parasympathetic nervous system to reduce your body's stress response. This workshop is intended to be a relaxing 2 hours suitable for anyone of any physical ability. Expect not only relaxation, but also many handy tips to take away with you when everything feels a bit much.

About Alice: "I'm a yoga teacher from London, but I've been living and teaching in Bali, a place renowned for its incredible energy and focus on well-being. This year, I've seen firsthand the transformative power of slowing down and reconnecting with the self. I’m hosting this workshop because I know how stressful and overwhelming the Christmas season can be. My goal is to share the tools and techniques I've learned to help you find that same sense of calm, peace, and deep rest that I've cultivated, right here in the heart of Lincoln."
