Nervous System Reset Circle

Life in our fast-paced world can leave us feeling tense, overwhelmed, and constantly “on.” The Nervous System Reset Circle is a gathering created to help you downshift, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and calming space.

During the circle, participants are guided through:

• Short, accessible education on the nervous system
• Gentle grounding and body awareness practices
• Mindful breathing and relaxation techniques
• Somatic & sound-based calming practices
• Quiet reflection and optional sharing

All practices are choice-based and optional. You are invited to participate at your own pace and in whatever way feels right for you.

This circle is suitable for anyone looking to:

• Reduce stress and tension
• Restore calm and balance
• Improve focus and clarity
• Reconnect with their body and energy

No prior experience with meditation, energy work, or somatic practices is required.

• Time for rest, reflection, and regulation
