Nervous System Nectar is a gentle immersion into the art of tending. Through soft-as-honey yoga, breathwork, meditation, and somatic exploration, we’ll turn toward the inner terrain—learning to listen to the whispers of the nervous system and offer ourselves the care we so often extend outward. Rooted in the wisdom of Polyvagal Theory, this workshop blends accessible science with somatics practice. Together, we’ll map the nervous system’s rhythms, recognize its patterns of protection and connection, and explore how we might create more moments of steadiness, sweetness, and self-trust.
This is a space to nourish your relationship with your own body-mind—to move gently, breathe deeply, feel fully, and gather practical tools to return to when life feels overwhelming. Come to refill your cup. To remember your body’s wisdom. To taste the nectar of simply being with yourself, just as you are.
