Nervous System + Breathwork Workshop

Join Trauma-Informe Breathwork Practitioner & Wellness Coach Carla Wilkinson for this practical and educational workshop designed to help you understand your nervous system, build awareness of Fight/Flight/Freeze states, and increase your window of tolerance to stress. You will learn practical techniques for restoring balance & regulating your nervous system and regain safety in your body.

This 1.5-hour workshop combines educational content with practical application, featuring a variety of somatic and breathing exercises that you can easily integrate into your daily routine. These exercises are curated to help you:

• Calm & regulate your nervous system
• Reduce stress, overwhelm and anxiety
• Expand your window of tolerance to stress triggers
• Re-establish the mind-body connection
• Regain a sense of safety in the body

The Nervous System Regulation Workshop is designed for:

• Individuals experiencing chronic stress, feeling overwhelmed by daily stress seeking effective management techniques.
• Professionals in high-stress & busy jobs needing tools to cope with pressure and prevent burnout.
• Indivudals struggling with anxiety or panic attacks looking to calm their nervous system.
• Those with trauma history (little 'T' or big 'T') aiming to heal and feel safe in their bodies.

• Location: Bodiline Pilates & Yoga Studio

• Ticket Cost: $40 + booking fees
• Capacity: Limited tickets available to maintain an intimate and safe space.

What To Bring

• Water and a journal for notes
• Wear comfortable clothing for ease and movement
• Yoga mat, bolster etc provided at studio

Contraindications

Contraindications for this experience are pregnancy, any serious medical conditions, schizophrenia, seriously high or low blood pressure, epilepsy or seizures, bi-polar, epilepsy, cardiovascular issues or heart condition. Upon arrival we will be asking you to complete a Medical Declaration form so please ensure you let us know if there are any concerns ahead of time.

Carla is a dedicated certified breathwork instructor & wellness coach. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and possesses a passion for health and well-being. Her personal journey led her to discover how powerful breath can be for sparking significant change. Drawing from her background in psychology and her deep understanding of breathwork, Carla educates & empowers others, helping them to tap into the transformative power of the breath and cultivate vibrant, healthy and thriving lives.
