Our most awaited signature event of NRNA Australia 'Nepal Festival Adelaide 2025' set to organise by NRNA SA State Coordination Council----------------------------------------------------------------
Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Australia represents people of Nepalese origin living overseas. NRNA Australia is a not-for-profit organization that represents Nepali people living in Australia. It aims to promote Nepalese culture, and heritage and foster goodwill between Australia and Nepal.

The Nepalese community is one of the newest emerging culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities in Australia.
The population of the Nepalese community is increasing rapidly every year as more students and migrants make Australia their home.

There are currently over 200,000 people of Nepalese origin living in Australia. NRNA Australia believes that the Nepalese community can make an important contribution to Multicultural Australia through its rich cultural heritage.

The main objectives of Nepal Festival Adelaide 2023 are to showcase Nepal, Nepali culture and its rich heritage, help to preserve Nepali culture amongst Nepali Communities in South Australia, and bring the Nepali communities together as well as directly or indirectly promote internal/external tourism.

NRNA Australia, the Nepalese Consulate Office and Nepal Tourism Board in conjunction with other community organisations have successfully organised three Nepal Festivals in Adelaide and we are planning to host the 5th Festival on Sunday 9th of March 2025.
----------------------------------------------------------------
The first Nepal festival was organized in 2015 and proved to be hugely successful with around 5,000 people attending the festival throughout the day. It was a moment of pride for Nepali communities in South Australia. Also Nepal Festival Adelaide 2023 was huge success, attended by around 15,000 people in Elderpark.

Nepal Festival Adelaide 2025 is the Fifth festival set to be bigger and better with more stakeholders and diverse community participation. We are expecting the attendance of over 20,000 people including the NRNA stakeholders and community leaders from interstates.
