What better way to get into the grove of darker days then creating our own art through movement while also releasing tension and creating a soft sense of peace within. Glow Sticks, face paint, and temporary tattoos will be available in the vestibule before start of class. Class will flow us around the mat, closing with deep savasana chocolate and apple cider.
