Neighbours & The Hub: Kickboxing Taster

Take part in a beginner-friendly Kickboxing Taster Session, brought to you in collaboration with Buurthotel. Come move, have some fun, and meet people from the local community!

Whether you're part of The Social Hub or one of our neighbours, everyone’s welcome — come with an open mind and try something new!

We’ll kick things off with a fun outdoor warm-up and some footwork, followed by simple kickboxing techniques, combinations and movements with our coach.

Once you’ve worked up a sweat, stick around for coffee and protein shakes, great conversations and good company. It’s the perfect chance to get to know the life of the Hub, and the energy of the neighbourhood.
