Neighborhood Health Fair

St. Marks United Church of Christ 222 E. Spring St. New Albany will host its annual Neighborhood Health Fair from 10 a.m.to 2:00 p.m. EST on Saturday Feb. 22nd 2025.

This community event provides health and wellness services for adults and children at no cost. Free vision screenings and eyeglasses provided by the New Albany Lions Club and volunteer optometric professionals; blood pressure and glucose readings by Norton’s Health System; free haircuts; Flu/COVID-19 and other vaccines for all ages along with education/resources through Floyd County Health Department. Resources for family literacy, alcohol/substance abuse, tobacco cessation, health insurance, social services and other physical and mental health resources will also be available at no cost. Free clothing items provided by St. Marks Clothes Closet. 

Refreshments will be served all day with a free meal served from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Bilingual and American Sign Language interpreters will be available.
