This event has a little story. Such as eager, motivated shiatsu practitoners got together and inspired this event. They already formed the core of it. And has some spaces to fill.
The core ideas:
- introduce practitioners to the foundations of nei gong theory and practise, so they will be able to continue until the next course and solidify their base.
- make sure everyone leaves with enough theoria and practical instruction, correction and guidence to be able to build up the next months practises

Location: International Academy for Hara Shiatsu
Bring: notebook , pen, and loose, comfortable practise cloth, maybe indoor shoe.
Topic: lower dan tian work and importance, standing in qi gong and required qualities in mind and body, what to practise and what not to waste time. Energetic structures and how we relate to it. And so on.

95 EUR until 15th of September, we cant accept registration after.
