Negroni & Boulevardier Workshop: Cocktail Class #2

The Negroni is a classic cocktail, recognized by the International Bartenders's Association. It traces it's roots to Italian cocktails of the 19th and early 20th century. The cocktail is very simple, consisting of only 3 ingredients: gin, sweet vermouth, and bitter apertivo like Campari (which provides a lovely boost to the sweetness and balances it out with a gentle bitter note). The Boulevardier is an old cocktail that was lost from bar menus for nearly a century before being resurrected, but it's built almost identically to the Negroni, except the gin is subbed for bourbon.

Our talented bar staff will discuss the history and method of the cocktail, and coach you on how to concoct one that matches your preferences!
