Taught by Rich Lannon, this class takes a deep dive into how offers are actually built, presented, and worked through in real time using a guided roleplay experience.
Martha Dee will play the seller, Brittany will act as the buyer’s agent, and participants will team up as the buyer. Together, we’ll work through a mock listing—submitting offers, negotiating terms, and going back and forth until an agreement is reached.
This hands-on exercise is built to simulate real-life conversations and help agents strengthen their confidence and ability to advocate for their clients in a balanced market.
