We've got a lot happening at NEGMC, and we'd love to see you at our November club meeting!
Join us for an afternoon of Mustang conversation, club updates, and some important discussions about the future of the Northeast Georgia Mustang Club.
NOVEMBER CLUB MEETING
Sunday, November 15, 2026
3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
La Centinela Mexican Restaurant
138 W Athens Street
Winder, GA 30680
We'll be meeting at the restaurant, but you do not need to order food to attend. Just come enjoy the company of fellow Mustang enthusiasts!
WHAT'S ON THE AGENDA?
2027 Board Member Elections
We'll discuss the upcoming leadership positions and our plans for a staggered election schedule to keep the club running smoothly.
Important Bylaws Updates — Moving NEGMC Forward
We're working on some important updates to modernize our club's bylaws and better reflect how NEGMC operates today.
Some of the proposed improvements include:
Clearer election and voting procedures.
Better protection of member information and privacy.
Updated standards for member conduct and accountability.
More flexibility in planning car shows and club events.
Clearer guidelines for club leadership and financial responsibilities.
Improved procedures for managing club business.
These are proposed changes, not yet adopted.
We'll introduce the updates at our November meeting and discuss what they mean for our members.
Watch for a separate email in the next couple of days containing links to the complete proposed bylaws, a summary of what's changing, a side-by-side comparison, and an easy-to-understand explanation.
We want everyone to have the opportunity to review the changes, ask questions, and participate in the decision before any final vote.
Other Meeting Topics
Our New Website & Improved Communications
We'll share what's happening with our internet presence and how we're working to make club news, events, and information easier to access.
Hiawassee Car Show Recap
Let's look back at our show, celebrate what went well, and discuss opportunities to make the next one even better.
Christmas Party — January 17
We'll talk about plans for our Christmas celebration and where volunteers can help.
Spring Car Show
Lots to discuss here. SWAG and volunteers
Planning is getting underway! We'll discuss preparations and volunteer opportunities.
And, of course, Door Prizes!
YOUR CLUB. YOUR VOICE. YOUR FUTURE.
NEGMC is more than the Mustangs we drive. It's the friendships, experiences, and people who make our club special.
Whether you've been a member for years or recently joined the herd, we want you involved.
We hope to see you Sunday, November 15!
