Needle Felting & Sling Bag Workshop

Would you like to learn how to create images using wool? In this workshop participants will learn how to draw an image on fabric, and then fill it with fibers.

Attendees will learn how to needle felt a design of their choice, or choose from provided templates. These designs may be used in the future on functional fashion items to become wearable art.

for the part 2 attendees we will be making the sling style bag with your cute new needle felting design on it. this pattern is literally a rectangle, with a strap, and super begginer friendly.

if you have your own fabric in mind please bring roughly 4 yards of fabric for your main fabric and your lining fabric (2 yards for you main fabric, and 2 yards for your lining fabric. They can be the same fabrics or two different ones.) Make sure your fabric does not strech and it is a cotton or a linen fabric.

if you have your own sewing machine you are more than welcome to bring it. we provide some fabrics to choose from and if you don't have a machine, you can use one of ours.
