Needle Felted Plants Craft Workshop
About this Event
Take a journey into the world of needle felting with instructor Jessie Katz Greenberg.
Jessie will guide you through the steps to sculpt and attach shapes out of wool, forming your own piece of felted art. The highlight of this workshop is adding tiny details and placing your plant in a mini flower pot, creating an adorable decoration or even a pin cushion!
All Supplies Included.
Weather permitting, this class will take place outdoors in To Life's beautiful backyard garden area.
**Please note that you will need to walk down a staircase to get inside.
To Life is a brand new retail and workshop space on South Broadway in Nyack, NY! Opening in July 2026, I'm excited to be among the first artists and instructors bringing their craft to this location.
About the Instructor
Jessie Katz Greenberg is a crafting expert, educator, and content creator based in Nyack, NY.
Crafting isn't just a pastime for her—it's a way of life. With a BFA in Visual Communication Design and Art History, she spent over ten years as a graphic designer before directing craft, DIY, & home content at a video startup, managing the independent artist community at Spoonflower, and co-hosting the Craft Hangout Podcast.
As a workshop instructor she has led sessions across various crafts including collage, embroidery, needle felting, hand lettering, printmaking, and beyond. The joy of making something with your own hands isn’t just about the final product— it boosts self-esteem, can reduce stress, and it’s just plain fun! Whether she’s teaching in-person or creating engaging virtual content, her mission is to spread the joy of crafting and make it accessible and fun for everyone.
