📢 Join us for a NECKRA Training Paddle on the Connecticut River on Sunday, June 14. ✨
🛶🛶🛶A group training/group paddle will take place beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the Elwell Recreation Area in Northampton, Mass.
👉 All boat types and skill levels are welcome. Groups will form based on how long they want to paddle. Some will likely want to do longer training workouts but all abilities are welcome and paddlers wanting to paddle less can loop back.
📣The plan is to get on the water by 9:30. We will sort ourselves into groups depending on distance, speed, etc. 💪
💥The training/group paddle is part of an ongoing effort by NECKRA to encourage informal get-togethers by competitive paddlers throughout New England and serve as a resource for those looking to connect with the racing community!
👉 The training/group paddle is intended to be a fun camaraderie-building informal get-together and is not an official event. All paddlers are responsible for assessing their own ability and assuring their own safety.

🚗There is limited parking closest to the river access. Park above in the lot for the rail trail and you can walk a short trail through the woods down to the river.
