NECGB Contest of Champions, Veteran Challenge, Stud Book Number Challenge, Special Beginners, Special Yearling and Puppy of the Year 2024You are invited by the Norwegian Elkhound Club of Great Britain to this prestigious event being held on Saturday 15th February 2025. All Norwegian Elkhound owners and enthusiasts are welcome whether members of the Club or not. A great chance to get to know the breed, talk to owners and breeders and have a relaxing day out.
New this year we are going to have a Baby Puppy Walk 4-6months at the start of the Contest, no need to enter the puppy.There will be no awards, but the judge will go over the puppies, so a wonderful chance for the puppies to have this experience before competing.
Everyone is welcome to attend this special match which will be on a “head-to-head” basis, depending on the age of the puppy, special yearling, stud book winner, veteran, or champion. If you have not entered your dog you can just come to watch and have lunch if you wish. You can also bring your dog you will just need to fill out a Spectator Dog Slip.
