NECEC Presents: Empowered Parents-Connected Families

Join us for an in person gathering dedicated to building stronger family bonds! With less than a month until the new school year, the Northeast Columbia Empowerment Coalition (NECEC) has rallied local partners and valuable resources for its 2nd annual family empowerment event.

Attendees can look forward to free food, school supplies, raffle prizes, inspiring speakers, and a focus on strengthening family bonds, parent & family wellness, safety, and community advocacy.

In partnership with the YMCA of Columbia, Springup Solutions, and more, NECEC’s “Connected Families, Empowered Parents” event is perfectly timed and designed to offer an afternoon of fun, learning, and support, plus family and community-building activities.

The Northeast Columbia-based nonprofit is proud to host this event in collaboration with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department, the SC Attorney General’s Office – Internet Safety, The Ultimate Choice Consulting, the Strengthening Families Program, author Robin BishopMcRae, and more.
