Join us for NEAT. The Bourbon Workshop, a fun, hands-on evening celebrating great bourbon, great cocktails, and great company.

Throughout the night, you'll explore three exceptional PAUL SUTTON Bourbons, enjoying each neat while learning what makes every expression unique. Then you'll step behind the bar (from your seat!) and build your own Old Fashioned with guidance from our hosts, discovering how ingredients, technique, and JUST ICE SERVED premium craft ice can transform your favorite cocktail.
Paul Sutton Brand Ambassador Ryan will guide the evening, sharing the story behind each bourbon and what makes Paul Sutton such a standout in American whiskey.
And of course... we're The Craft Bar n there's always gonna be food. Midway through the evening, we'll serve our gourmet grilled cheese with truffle fries before finishing the final tasting. If you'd like to stick around afterward, our full kitchen and bar will be open all evening.
