About this Event
Sometimes nothing is obviously wrong, and yet conversations feel effortful. You show up, listen, say the right things, and still leave interactions feeling a little flat or strangely tiring. Many people carry this quietly. They want more ease, more honesty, more contact, but without fixing themselves or performing to get there.
This monthly gathering is an invitation to explore a different way of being together.
Circling and Transformational Connection are live, relational practices that focus on what is happening right now—in you, and between you and others. Rather than discussing ideas or personal history, we slow down and pay attention to present-moment experience: sensations in the body, emotional tones, moments of connection or distance as they arise. Nothing needs to be solved or improved. The emphasis is on noticing and allowing what is already here.
The structure is simple. A small group sits together, guided by a facilitator who establishes clear agreements to ensure all participants can feel free to show up as fully as they desire to. There is no requirement to speak. Silence is welcome. You can participate by listening, observing, or sharing briefly when something feels present for you. Many people find the experience surprisingly gentle, even if it feels unfamiliar at first.
People often come because insight alone hasn’t quite shifted certain patterns. They may be articulate, reflective, and self-aware, yet still sense a gap between understanding themselves and actually feeling oriented or connected. In this space, relational habits become visible as they happen, how we move toward others, pull back, fill space, or hesitate. Seeing these patterns in real time, without judgment, often brings a clarity that doesn’t come from thinking harder.
You don’t need any prior experience to attend. Some people feel an immediate sense of recognition. Others feel uncertain or slightly unsettled at first. Both responses are normal. What matters is curiosity and a willingness to stay with experience as it unfolds.
This gathering doesn’t promise answers or breakthroughs. It offers a way of paying attention together that gradually changes how conversations feel. Often making them simpler, more direct, and less effortful over time.
If you’re curious about relating with less performance and more presence, you’re welcome to join us.
