Development Tours are exclusive opportunities for Near Southside Members and their guests to get a behind-the-scenes look at development projects shaping the Near Southside during their planning and construction.This tour, sponsored by our friends at Ceira Bank, will focus on many projects across the district and will be held Thursday, December 4 from 12:30pm to 4:30pm, ending in a Near Southside Happy Hour at Morton's Tavern, a newly renovated space formerly known as Twilite Lounge FW.

All guests must register independently for each event. Development Tour requires a $40 registration fee. Happy Hour registration is free.
Registration for Near Southside Member Development Tours is exclusively available to members with dues in good standing and their invited guests. Members may register up to two guest for the tour, pending tour availability.
