Join Jo and Alex for a hands-on Neapolitan pizza masterclass!
In this two-hour session, you’ll learn every step of the process: choosing ingredients, mixing and fermenting dough, proofing, portioning, balling, stretching, topping, and cooking in our Ooni Volt oven. And yes—there will be plenty of eating along the way!
What’s included:
* Learn to mix dough by hand and understand the fermentation process
* Practice balling, stretching, and topping like a pro
