Summer Days at Southbank is a relaxed community access outing designed for NDIS participants who enjoy getting out and about during the warmer months. This activity focuses on social connection, fresh air, and enjoying a popular local destination in a supportive group environment. Participants are encouraged to engage in activities that suit their interests and energy levels, with staff support available throughout the day.
NDIS Costs
- NDIS Rate: $70.23 per hour
- Activity Time: 5 hours
- Non-Face-to-Face Admin: 1 hour
Total billed time: 6 hours
Example billing:
(5-hour activity + 1-hour admin = 6 hours total billed time ÷ number of participants)
- Minimum group size: 4 participants
- Approximate cost per person: ~$105.35 (based on minimum group size)
👉 1:1 support is billed separately, in line with individual service agreements.
Out-of-Pocket Costs
- No out-of-pocket costs
Participants are asked to bring their own lunch and drinks for the day. there are food places available for purchase if you would prefer to bring cash.
Who Can Join
This activity is open to NDIS participants who would like to enjoy a supported community outing in a relaxed and inclusive group setting.
